This blog is simply a picture a day blog with the challenge to do it for a year. My friend Brandy and her mom, Robyn, started their POTD (Picture Of The Day) blogs at the beginning of the year. When I bought Brandy's old camera from her, I decided I would join them in this little adventure. My goal is to slowly learn how to use my new camera with settings other than automatic, and to learn how to edit pictures on the computer. If nothing else, it will be a reminder of our daily life this year, what we were up to, what the kids' were doing, and how much everyone has changed. I hope you enjoy the small glimpse into our lives.

Seriously, I'm tired. I have three pictures to choose from today and this is the top pick. Not sure why I am doing this since I still haven't read anything on how to actually use my new camera. But, I will continue on with this project if only to support my friends in their (much better) effort. Although I do have to say that it appears I am the only one posting pictures lately. I know where LIG, Jr. is. But, LIG, where are you??

    I'm still here Shelley, I promise. I just haven't had any access to the internet for the last few days. I am still taking the photos and am almost caught up with the posting now. I am loving your blog. Please keep up the good work. I love all of your photos, but I've especially enjoyed the last few days with Macy & Jeffrey. I am kind of partial you know.
